About Me

MY NAME IS HAL

I am the director of service offer portfolio research and advisory for TSIA. In this role, I'm responsible for the research agenda that informs my engagement with member companies. As an extension of members’ service offer development teams, I help to optimize their service and renewal offers to drive profitable customer outcomes. I have a passion to amplify the customer voice. By listening skillfully to customers and coworkers to identify actionable insights, I connect people and teams to their stated outcomes. I'm a gifted communicator who reduces the complex to simplified, consumable frameworks that accelerate team progress. A proven leader who can facilitate diverse groups to arrive at the right conclusion for the business.
